Prior to attending your first appointment, please complete all paperwork through the Simple Practice patient portal. If you haven't received them, check your spam folder, and then reach out to Anastasia. These forms must be completed before the first session.

Fees

Psychotherapy

Initial Appointment: $175 (60-75 minutes)

On going appointments: $160 (60 minutes) or $120 (45 minutes)

Insurance

We are currently an in-network provider with United Health Care/Optum, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Choice Options, and Aetna PPO.

Anastasia believes that quality care should be accessible to all, has a limited number of sliding scale spots that are offered on an as-needed basis. Please reach out if you have a financial limitation to accessing psychotherapy. Sliding scale spots are currently full. (Updated 6/2021)
